Lockdown Livestream Guide 014: Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge, Stella Artois, DJ Saved My Life, and more

It’s Groundhog Friday, yet again, ladies and gentlemen. Dancing Astronaut‘s Lockdown Livestream Guide is a train that will keep chugging, despite the gradual lifting of stay-at-home orders across the world. As long as quarantine-related restrictions still exist, so will our guide of virtual events to keep dance fans safely entertained at home.

Last weekend, Anjunabeats threw a number of livestreams to keep its #TranceFamily dancing at home, with sets from Tony McGuinness, a throwback set from Ben Böhmer, and more. The main event was Proximity and Brownies & Lemonade‘s second edition of Digital Mirage, which saw an underwater set from Chet Porter, Deathpact‘s debut digital festival set, Oliver Heldens in an opera house, and San Holo‘s “slow motion DJ set,” among other unique performances. This upcoming weekend, Insomniac is back at the forefront with the return of their Virtual Rave-A-Thon series, this time with the digital edition of Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge, which was originally supposed to take place in George, Washington in June. The lineup comes in hot with sets from deadmau5’s TESTPILOT project, Dash Berlin, Cash Cash, 3LAU, SAYMYNAME, and more.

Stella Artois is also hosting their own virtual concert that will feature sets from Alesso and Kaytranada for a night of progressive house meets R&B-funk. For house fans, Carl Cox, Eats Everything, and Nightmare on Wax are spearheading Last Night A DJ Saved My Life’s Set For Love.

Meanwhile, Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep are resuming their virtual programming with Throwback Beach Party from deep house newcomer, Jerro, Tony McGuinness’ Sunday deep set, an appearance from Roz K, and more. Finally, Treasure Fingers will be bringing the disco for anyone who is designating June 19 “boogie night.”
