LVPD Updates 2Pac Murder Case After Crip Confession

In newly re-aired tapes, former Crip kingpin Keefe D admits he was in the car that opened fire on 2Pac the night Pac was gunned down in Las Vegas.

He also revealed that his nephew and fellow Crip Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson was the gunman in the 1996 murder.

This is no huge surprise. Anderson, who died in a gangland shooting two years later,  had a motive -- 2Pac was among those who notoriously beat him down in the MGM Grand lobby earlier that day -- and his name has long been mentioned as the prime suspect.

In the tape, Keefe D explained that he was finally telling his story on what happened that night because he's dying cancer and wants to get it f his chest.

Following the re-airing Keefe D's confession, there were reports an "imminent" arrest (likely Keefe D for accessory to murder) in the 2Pac case.

However, the Las Vegas Police Department has pushed back on that.
