Remy Ma Shares Tender Message Of Love On 11th Wedding Anniversary
It's no secret that rappers Remy Ma and Papoose have weathered many storms. Back in 2008, the hip hop duo tied the knot in a courtroom right before Remy was sentenced to eight years in prison on charges of assault. Papoose held her down while she was on the inside, and after serving six years, the "Lean Back" rapper was released and has continued to rebuild her life and career.
To celebrate their 11th anniversary, Remy shared a video on her Instagram that featured photos of the pair together. She wrote, "Married to my husband @PapoosePapoose ELEVEN YEARS of unconditional unwavering committed LOVE & MARRIAGE!! We didn’t have a big celebration or social announcement, we just spent the day together ( me, him & the Golden Child)- we ate some good food, watched a movie, put out a record lol and took turns playing songs that remind us of different times in our relationship and it was perfect🥰 You can’t fake this type of love you can’t #CC this type of loyalty...NOTHING and I mean NOTHING or NO ONE will ever change that💍I love you my King💋 Happy anniversary."
The parents of The Golden Child are facing two new legal battles as Remy's recently caught a case involving an alleged attack on Brittney Taylor. Her Love & Hip Hop New York co-star claims that Remy punched her in the face without provocation earlier this year. Remy and another one of her L&HHNY co-stars, Safaree Samuels, are also being sued by The Circle Foundation on accusations that they are in breach of their contracts over a performance schedule. Both cases are ongoing.
